USA and the West called Putin's bluff a couple of years ago. Time to put up or shut up. We've dealt with Russian punks like Putin before. The best your side can do, if Biden remains in power, is a draw, an end of World scenario, which you like to trumpet, where no one wins or everyone loses, pending on your religious faith. Up to this point, Ukraine is doing our dirty work. Putin can nuke first, but what matters is who nukes last. We will know when the nuke is on the way so there will be no stopping our immediate response. Putin's last hope is for Trump to win. Otherwise, he is playing suicide bomber like a good Muslim boy. Fortunately, Putin is under the illusion he can win a conventional war in Ukraine. Good luck to him, if his ace in the hole (;Trump) doesn't come through for him. Slow drawn out Chinese water torture was always the Biden plan to destroy Russia without having any Americans pay the price.

You went long SPX at the peak of complacency while the broad market has been tanking but the major indices have been held up by Megacap tech. For someone who is usually talking about a stock market crash and end of world scenarios, you couldn't have gone long SPX at the worst possible time. There are massive bearish divergences in the market now starting with the fact that most stocks are declining. Although that is not a market timing tool, it does raise a lot of caution that the clock is ticking for the Megacap tech sector too.
