Dear Mr. Stein, All data is correlative until you have a mechanism... that goes for the entire family of AD-related mutations and the technical trouble with making fully pathological and neurological AD mice and this ACh crap that Sibia is pushing. Anyway, I am not applauding for estrogen either! Seems much too non-specific - and additionally - don't forget that there is more to women besides estrogen. (no further comment here) Cheers! Wes
