Good note...thanks for the insight. The quality issues do have to be addressed. I think they know there's a problem but if they don't react they could turn a lot of good people away and it'll be hard to win even one of them back. Before you pay $45/trade try DLJDirect. I don't have any problems at all with the service averaging about 10-15 trades per week at $20/trade. Service is good even on busy days and I always get a rep when one is needed within a minute or two. On the day after October's mini-crash I was able to get my trades in over the net by 9:40 AM, just in time for the large price run-ups. They've even improved a lot since then as well. Phil
