| It's like saying a tractor can plow 600 acres before additional land is bought...or a car gets 40 miles per gallon but needs gas in tank...Germany line can produce a lot, need emulsion...but point is it can produce a lot and if needed emulsion will be provided...they would not supply line with resources for full capacity if full capacity not needed...I wouldn't call it misleading, full capacity number matters, they didn't say they will be running at full capacity or lead people to believe that, that would be misleading but not the case |
