Sure Del 1) My suggestion that the shareholders would not be given shares in the the Albany spin off met with your response "I am done with my ridiculous scenarios" 2) you said "I was very much mistaken that shareholders do not own the assets of a company." I was able to provide chapter and verse that this is the case and all sharehlders have is a right to a share in the proceeds on a winding up or similar. Does the above satisfy your request? Your posts always remind me of Benjamin Disraeli's comment about Gladstone "A sophistical rhetorician, inebriated with the exuberance of his own verbosity, and gifted with an egotistical imagination that can at all times command an interminable and inconsistent series of arguments to malign an opponent and to glorify himself."
