Thanks Eric,, I’m old school solar guy from 30 years ago and still going strong for our needs.

3 systems and all 12 volt with over gauge wiring.

Just ordered 2 ,,, 410 watt panels and 100 amp charge controller for upgrading to an AC efficient fridge

Ditching the propane fridge from our place deep in the bush… payback on saving on propane is whatever. ;+)

Just recently ditched my 4 gas stihl chainsaws for battery Dewalts .

Also ditched gas snow blower and lawnmowers for EGO 56 volt versions,, the power in those lithium ion

batteries is mind blowing and can easily charge them with ancient 12 volt systems… the Nissan Leaf too

on 110 ,,, if I have to. :+)

I really admire the independence you have with that setup. Purely out of curiosity, roughly what would a similar setup cost John Q, starting with the normal empty garage?
