Matthew:

It's great to see you back to work after your surgery.
Now that you're back and responding to posts here on the S.I. bulletin board, will you be able to give us any information on the progress of the Willcox Inn negotiations? Was that letter of intent, which was signed last year, ever mailed? Did Araldica ever receive a reply from Jim Barggren, owner of Willcox Inn?

Any indication as to when the financials (income statement, balance sheet and statement of owner's equity) will be available? I know I have the name and phone number of the accounting firm doing your audit but can't find it right now. Will you just provide the name and address of the firm and I'll be glad to contact them. I'd really like to know what the current numbers are before this thing turns into another company like that voice recognition for phone calling cards company you like so well.

I'm guessing that nothing will be available until July or, maybe later and there will be a loss of about $30,000,000. My "guess" is just as good as anybody elses..........flip a coin, draw straws, roll the dice.........?

I don't mean for this to sound negative. Whatever it sounds like, it can't be construed to be any more negative than the silent response to questions regarding information so very basic to the ongoing operations of any public corporation.

I'll keep watching the Araldica web page for that price and order list on which you're working.

Good luck:

Ned

Hi Matthew,
Thanks for all your help and the information you impart. I bought some shares of AWLT about two months ago and I bought more yesterday, I see big things for this company, with the aggressive growth through the purchases of other business, I normally buy and sell but this one I think I will hold awhile, I just like the looks of it. I have been at this since 1970, buying and selling, and I feel this may be the hot stock, Of course I have been wrong before. Keep the faith John
