I am retired almost 14 years. My LinkedIn account is still active and I am getting offers to go back to work. Experienced/Skilled workers are in short supply. Last call I received offered $34 an hour and training to upgrade my computer skills. Problem is/was it required me to travel. That's a non starter for me. Local news program interview with HR person says there are about 50K jobs going unfilled in Fla. Over 500K to maybe a million nationwide. If I was 20 years younger I would be working and making a bundle with my skill set. Bottom line, good paying jobs going unfilled. RDK
