As SOHO continued to pay dividends on their preferred issues and a yield of almost 11%, I'm still holding and I remain optimistic that they will allocate payments toward their overdue amounts. However, with $2 million per quarter and already 10 quarters in arrears, it seems unlikely they will settle this obligation soon. I am hopeful they squeeze out an extra quarter or two payments. Maybe being acquired would be their best option, especially as common continues to struggle.
