SteveW: I disagree wholetheartedly. I think the reverse is true. It would smack of impropriety to me if Agora acquired material information for its report before ever announcing to the world that it was representing SYD. I feel more comfortable that the agreement was reached and immediately announced to the investment community. Just my thoughts.

Good morning, Steve. W. This issue was discussed during our conference call with SYD yesterday. The company decided it would be best to issue a press release immediately for the purposes of securities regulations and have a report prepared shortly thereafter. We are currently in the middle of preparing that report, pursuant to a long briefing we had yesterday with respect to company activities. Once we have received approval from the company, we will be posting it immediately. Approval is only necessary this first time around to ensure that information pertaining to non-public information is not accidentally released.
