Michael,

Transocean Offshore (RIG) is my largest position among the drillers. It has the heaviest concentration in ultra-deep and harsh environment drilling, so it commands the highest dayrates and long contract terms. Because of favorable economics and limited rigs to drill these projects, there is enormous demand for these rigs--hence the high dayrates.
