Just stirring noises, but welcome noises nonetheless.

Really SO much more involved. Significant loop upgrade (from copper to headend (see today's hard copy Inter@ctive Week) and the persistent and daunting OSS "rebundling" issues - called by major telecom/telco players to be the single biggest hurdle to CLEC growth.

Noises, but it's still the middle of the night, IMO.
