What is so "Right Wing" about wishing to keep energy prices reasonable? Once it's economical, the more the better in fact. Transitions need to be planned carefully with the electorate in mind, they are not just underlings that get told what to do. Big Oil just love the idea of scarcity, especially if they can screw Western Nations with "Climate Change" and let China & India (etc) continue to expand energy use, including record amounts of coal consumption, with no restrictions at all.
