If Trump wins, these wars will go away quickly and it seems like the Accords will be back on track.
I hope so, and that it remains for a good long while. But according to what I and many others believe, it cannot last. There are prophecies written concerning them that have yet to be fulfilled before the end of this age, e.g., that "all nations will gather together against Jerusalem to war." There's nothing surprising about that, a good look at the UN can confirm the world's hostility toward them. (I don't think that "all" is an exhaustive term since it has proved often to be a synecdoche in the Bible and because there are other prophecies indicating she will have some supporters).

They've been persecuted since the days of their patriarchs 4000 years ago. There is not another people who have endured such hostility for so long and survived.

They don't initiate wars with nations formerly at peace with them. But all they have to do is stand there and somebody will come at them before they catch their breath.

They were nearly annihilated by the Romans almost 2000 years ago yet here they are again, back in the land where they became a nation, maintaining their initial identity in three critical ways, religion, language, and literature.

There's only one possible cause for their astonishing case - their God who selected them for himself long ago.
