Here is "the" reason Putin needed to annex Ukraine back into Russia. Under new map, China claims Russian island - The Economic Times (indiatimes.com) Putin thought it would be a cake walk. NOT! Now Putin is working with N. Korea in an attempt to keep China at bay. China will continue to push north and west with its' own "land grab". Putin working with N. Korea is a "desperation" move. ISIS has 5000 plus fighters on Russia's southern border. Recent attack has proven they can cause Putin big problems. Russia is going to implode. Just a matter of time.
