Yeah, Portugal doesn't have that problem.

Guys like you who don't understand the history of drug prohibition or the science and apparently think addicts should do their thing in their two story houses in the suburbs.

Sorry to say that's a stupid pipe dream.

As long as its a drug enforcement issue instead of a health issue handled as such the problems that piss you off will persist... and increasingly, thousands of American families will morn their brothers, sisters and children, and in my case a good friend.

90 years of failed policy isn't enough to convince yet... how many years of failure will it take?
