Three years ago, TXB was $1 3/8, today is $7. As a share holder, I'll be more than happier to take this kind of "value dilution" any time.

If you know a way for a Biotech company to raise free money without selling it's equity or technology, please let me know.

Bill, I just wonder that as such a knowledgeable investor you are attending the Texas biomedical conference where various Texas companies (Zonagen and TXB included) are presenting. You have posted a number of times to this thread about various alleged problems with TXB, yet never seem to have any (repeat ANY) substantive information to back up these allegations. Perhaps you should consider actually talking to these companies or attending conferences rather than simply making things up.

<<Despite the hype and numerous press releases, I believe that TXB will continue its long history of delivering absolutely nothing except more stock.>>

In fact, I think TXB tends to have FEWER press releases than most biotech companies. I value that because when they do issue something, it tends to be worthwhile instead of drivel like some other biotechs give out. Like how yet another company has cured obesity or cancer in mice yet again. You will notice that TXB is actually in the clinic, not just doing animal studies. And very close to having an approved drug (IMHO).

I live in Houston, work in biotech, and hear about the companies here. I have no connection with TXB other than being a shareholder, but have only heard positive things through the grapevine about them.

Until you post anything that anyone on this thread will find worthwhile or substantive, I will ignore your posts from now on and urge others to do the same. The people on this thread are reasonable and are willing to listen to facts, but not continual drivel. In fact, perhaps you are a good contrarian indicator!

TXB will continue its price decline...

Message 3471184

TXB has a long history of delivering nothing except empty promises and stock dilution.

For those of you wishing to recover your losses in this stock I strongly recommend shorting Zonagen at ANY price over 5 a share.
