In a bull market, go with strength. Sectors in a bulltrend or ones that have turned up already ... the telecom stocks have reported good earnings with solid forward guidance and it was clear that the blocks would be chasing them up. Drillers and oil services have not bottomed yet, why look at them now (unless one is a long-term investor with a plan to take positions averaging down if need be.)

A week or so ago, I posted Jan and/or you about TLAB and NT. Did you get weekly buy signals on NT ... you forgot to reply. Buy signal was on pullback after earnings and reconfirm of bounce off 200-day ema at 44ish. NT appeared on Last Shadows list a few days later. Emas work well when coupled with fundamentals, market sentiment, and price volume.
