Jeffery Thanks for clarifying your post. You're correct in that CANSLIM is not purely fundamental. That M (for determining Market direction), despite being the last letter, is the technical part. Part of the problem is that the first 6 letters really just are a screening tool and all the real work begins with the M and the technical analysis. And i agree that the A/D analysis is critical for the TA of the stock. I guess I just feel that TA is a critical factor in all stock plays and not just in CANSLIM. TAist at heart Eliot By the way what parameters do you use for the stochastics? How do you use only the slow stochastic to generate B/S signals?
