reg: Yes, it is a little disconcerting to see the stock down on heavy volume in view of the recent news. Yet, from all I am able to tell, everything is "on track," and they expect some financing to be done "soon." Of course, I have been hearing same for several months now. I'm too far down to sell, so I'll just maintain my position and hope they get some of their projects generating cash flow this year, which should boost share prices substantially. Reg: Sorry to take so long to respond. I've been out of town. As to the downdraft in the share price: I would assume 3 possibles -- 1. Shortselling by Canadian interests, and market makers. 2. Insider selling (which I doubt, but we'll learn from SEC filings if there has been any). 3. Restricted stock selling (Rule 144). I do believe that this stock has come to the end of its rope. They need to get financing in order, and until that is accomplished I think we'll languish. I'd rather not see any more "deals" until they show they can manage what they've already got on their plates. I have been assured the financing is still "on track" by their PR firm, but it's getting hard to trust when the timetable seems to keep slipping into the future like it has over the past six months. I'm down so far on this one that I really don't want to sell, but at some point I think I'll likely take a big loss on ERHC. Impatiently waiting .... Jeff
