What I found of interest was that Planet Boulder News verified with Thomas Raabe that "the deal is real."
Many conservative and non-investors shy away from penney stocks and have a bad opinion of them, suggesting SEC action and gloom and doom because they are not capable of playing these stocks to make real money. It takes a sharp investor to play the sometimes quick runs and the expertise in knowing when to buy in and get out if necessary. Forgive me, Bob, but when anyone comes on a thread and trys to discourage investors or seems to have a strong bias either negative or positive I become suspicious and automatically discount anything they say. Especially the strange person that indicates he has no stock in the company yet posts regularly is indeed viewed as a suspicious type.
Lets wait and let the merger announcements speak for themselves and as always with any penney stock buyer beware.
Regards,
James

Bob,

I guess your under the assumption that you believe what is published. I at one time thought this also until I researched the article written by a local newspaper about RMCW/RMIL. I found out that the person that prompted the story and provided information for it was an admitted short of the stock and had an ulterior motive for the story. Direct from the reporter that wrote the story.
