Boy, that is exactly how I see it. Except I wasn't worried about Jill until now :)!

I am worried people will look at Biden, and especially his feeble walking with very small deliberate steps, and say to themselves "four more years"?

And we have learned as one wise man said:"

It may be true that you can’t fool all the people all the time, but you can fool enough of them to rule a large country.

– Will Durant

About fooling people, a professor I had once for abnormal psych said:" whenever I counsel a psychopath I have to remind myself they are a psychopath.

They are experts at fooling people.

Your Jill Biden comment has me puzzled. Why would she be (part of) the problem? From what I understand, she is simply supporting her husband. Isn't this the customary role of a First Lady?

If you have been around someone slipping into dementia it looks exactly like that. Good days and bad days. Why his supporters think trumpeting the good day is good news is beyond me. Its confirmation of the problem.

It seemed to confirm some reports out there that he is mentally declining. The next day, at a rally, he seemed alert and lucid. But it was a controlled, scripted appearance.
