The margin and average unit cost etc in Apple's SEC report already includes sales of peripherals and software (S&P). In addition, the result of the calculation could only be significantly affect by S&P sales if:
1) they constitute a significant portion of the revenue AND
2) if sales or margin for software & peripherals has changed significantly from Q4 to Q1.
