Well, after almost 4 years of buying and accumulating SUNW I sold half of my position today at $46 5/8. This had nothing to do with company's fundamentals and/or outlook (IMO of course), but rather taking some profit and will be diversifying it into the semis (INTC, and AMAT to be specific) where I think would also prove to have a very impressive growth rate.

One of the problems that unfortunately SUNW seems to have at this time is perception and this is something that I think will continue to for at least another 2-3 quarters till the new computing model via Java starts to make significant money and the trend becomes more established. Companies such as Oracle, and IBM that are fully behind Sun's new model of computing have not yet been able to show any impressive revenue growth and I believe even if they do it is going to take some time for the market perception to change. Meanwhile strictly as an investor one can very well use other means to grow its wealth and (again according to the market perceptions).
