Just remain in denial,

To paraphrase that candy bar commercial.. "Sometimes you post like a nut, sometimes you don't."

Anyway, far from being in denial, I've been quite pleasantly surprised and pleased by recent political developments.

First, I'm enjoying watching the Dem Party coming apart at the seams. The rats are scurrying in all directions.

I'm also celebrating the USSC's Chevron decision, which in conjunction with Trump's pending victory and his coattails leading to a GOP Congress, means the unelected alphabet agencies and their petty bureaucrats getting properly smacked down with a commensurate restoration of market freedom.

It will be a huge economic stimulus to see the shackles and mandates removed from energy production. Nothing like cheap abundant energy that works to take a big bite out of inflation.

You'll see the Ukraine/Russia fiasco quickly end when Trump takes office, along with the Middle East settling back down.

We'll also finally regain control of the borders. That won't be easy but Trump will have a large majority of the public behind him on that. "Illegal" will mean "illegal" once again.

Finally, as Rarebird has stated, one can support the vast majority of Trump's policies without being a worshiping "cult member". MAGA means working to get us back on track to restoring as much freedom as possible in this country.

Josh Shapiro, finalist to be Kamala Harris's running mate, admitted that Trump's alternate electors were legal.
Not illegal, but misleading.

That’s how the office of Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro on Thursday characterized actions by state Republicans who planned to nominate their own electors following the 2020 presidential election in which their candidate lost.

As Shapiro’s office pointed out, Pennsylvania Republicans made no secret during the 2020 election certification process that they planned to nominate their own slate of electors and submit their own ballots to perpetuate “the Big Lie” that Donald Trump defeated Joe Biden in the Keystone State.

Shapiro’s office said the Republicans’ “fake ballots” for electors included a conditional clause that they were only to be used if a court overturned the results in Pennsylvania — which did not happen.
