William, Thanks for the post. Suicide is one of the human tragedies that accompanies failed economies. Here in Kuala Lumpur we had an especially sad one involving a couple and their two young children. The parents owned and operated a snack food company and had just spent everything on expansion when the economic turmoil began. It is very difficult for me to imagine the depth of hopelessness involved in such a tragic final act. In this case the parent took their own lives after smothering their two small children. We can only hope for no repeats of this, but human nature, being what it is, offers no reassurance. Best, Stitch
