One way to do it is buy CCSC. If the deal goes through, which is likely, you get TLAB at a discount. Currently TLAB is 59 13/16. Buying CCSC at the current price and converting to TLAB you get TLAB for $57.30 per share. I've owned CCSC for years, like the deal and will do the share exchange. thanks, Mike
