The entire mental capacity issue is nothing more than a distraction... Yes, the nut case may be cognitively diminished, BUT that not the reason he's shouldn't run... The real issue is that he's a communist quack and hates America... The cognitive thing is only the excuse given to his imaginary voters so they can feel pity and not protest too much when they remove him... If the cognitive issue were the real issue, then logic would say that if he didn't have a cognitive issue then he should run... I have absolutely no pity for that piece of swamp shit, cognitive issue or not...
