I've used Infospace as a directory, and they're a good one. Haven't tried the quote service. I called up the registration page and it seems you have to live in the States to be eligible. I don't. They're quite a reliable outfit, though, bigtime connection to INTC. I doubt they'd bother you much.

I know the company very well, including the founder personally. I feel that you can trust them. I was going to go to work for him but it was too early in their ramp-up to bring me in at the price I wanted. Nevertheless, he has always been a straight-shooter with me and no one that I know of thinks badly of the company (except his competition, of course). You can probably feel safe that registering for this service will get you what you want -- free quotes.
