To some like yourself, well run organizations appear to "hog customers". My favorite places "hog my time" as a customer because I find them far more appealing than the alternatives. In your preferred reality customers like myself should be arrested and force marched to your venue to experience your preferred idea of a "good time", and perhaps my preferred well-run places should be harmed or destroyed so they can't resume the hogging of my affections. Bottom line, you're nuts and your ideas are extremely unappealing to humans.
