Maybe I'll post here the real story of Benedict Arnold, it will likely surprise many people... In brief, Benedict Arnold's wife, Peggy Shippen Arnold, age 13 at the time should have been hung for treason, she was actually the one who tricked Benedict into committing treason without his realizing it at the time, she was flirting with John Andre, a British military intelligence officer who was gathering info from her when Benedict was away with Washington planning to build a fort at West Point... How she tricked him is a lengthy story which I will try to summarize and then post here later today or tomorrow... GZ
