I saw the same thing happen to CMYN, I agree, "floorless" securities are ugly. I will check out your links. Thanks.

But my real question is this:

I do not see RNTK securities as floorless. Perhaps I might have missed something. What to you see that states RNTK's latest private offering of 200,000 preferred shares are floorless? Nowhere do I see that preferred shareholders are given the right to convert into as many common shares as they want to support a certain price level that they bought into. Thanks for your insights and help.

If you get time, please explain to me the significance of what you stated about patents, since because of my limited intelligence I failed to grasp the significance myself. :) Thanks again...
