Bonefish, Strategically placing ballot drop boxes in select locations may not be cheating to you but it is. It's not cheating to me. The amount of difference that makes in an election is very low. Hanging chads make much more of a difference. Wisconsin is a swing state. In the last nine presidential elections, Wisconsin only voted for the (R) once, and that was in 2016. Heck, they even voted for Dukakis in 1988. Tenchusatsu
