It's not cheating to me.

The amount of difference that makes in an election is very low. Hanging chads make much more of a difference.
Wisconsin is a swing state.
In the last nine presidential elections, Wisconsin only voted for the (R) once, and that was in 2016.

Heck, they even voted for Dukakis in 1988.

You should come to Washington State and examine the voting/election process here.

All by mail with many checks and balances in the system.

Not to mention lots of security measures.

And state mandated random audits of election results.
