Yes, and I think for full self driving “MUST “ geofence certain areas of very large cities as “ no go “ zones,, as

simply ,, unsolvable. At least in very early stages of roll out,, although 99% perfection wouldn’t be good

enough for Elon he would demand 100%.

Risk of rampant negativity for 1% of situations.
