Brad, I can understand your caution, and since you hold no position in this stock, there's no reason for you to be concerned. I quoted the report verbatim and you can read it at First Call yourself. If it is accurate and 50% are dropping out during the Phase III trial, and if those that remain are either not being helped or are suffering severe vomiting and nausea, then of course, it's a concern for anyone with a long position. After my experience with LIPO, well, I paid $26, stock went to $5 and is only still at that price because it has other income. That was my experience with Phase III failure. They expected their drug to be a billion dollar drug and it failed Phase III, so, nothing. Linda
