Eric, Of course he wants to - but she's addicted to power like all Biden's. She of all people should know the folly of keeping Brandon in the race. Hence I believe her primary motivation isn't power, because she should know that is already a lost cause. Nor is her motivation leaving a lasting legacy, or else she'd convince Brandon to step down and salvage what's left of it. Instead, her only motivation is making her husband happy in his final moments of lucidity. She doesn't have the heart to tell him anything he doesn't want to hear. Of course, she has an entire Dem political machine supporting her desires, because they too want to remain in denial. Come to think of it, she may not be the controlling force, but rather just another willing participant. Tenchusatsu
