Brian, stocks are always frustrating! No one can predict when the
next move is, if they could, people would easily be rich. Even some
of the great stocks such as Merck, Dell, Lucent and all others have gone through their ups and downs. For some it just takes longer to recover than others.
I am so frustrated myself with DSC that I have thought about dumping
it at least 20 times in the past but if the fundamentals are right then ignore your emotions and you'll eventually come out a winner. For example, MRK hit a high of $104 a few months ago and went all the way down to $78 then it went back up to 95. It did this several times in the last few months. It is now at $120. The same thing goes for DELL. It went up and down so many times in the last few months that I lost track of it. It's now over $115. DSC is supposed to make $1.31 this year, why is it trading below $20? I know the fundamentals are right and I don't know where the bottom is but I know when it is ready then it will take off like a rocket! Like Buffett says, those with the most
patience are rewarded the most!
