Ed, <<Great job Craig S. It seems that the new round of financing closed today as not to get investors nervous and have everybody and their mothers , fathers, aunts and uncles short the stock. The dilution factor was minimized this time around and management did a good job in protecting share holder value this time around.>> Thanks, but you guys can ask questions too. <g> At least on the surface, this financing deal sounds better than the others, but we said that about the last one. We will still get some dilution, but it seems unlikely that the float will be impacted in the short term by a rash of selling. Although I don't understand the offering, it was interesting that the conversion price was between 9 and 13 dollars. Craig
