Because their analysis is different than mine.

Obvious "the market" today likes SIMO as an investment a lot more than I do. My view is a minority view. I think SIMO should be about $65 or so today. It's $80. I wouldn't buy them for $120/share, but some other company could.
In general, if I think a stock is too expensive I don't short it. I seldom short stocks. I don't like the "unlimited potential losses" concept that comes with going short.
