Candlestick, there is nothing wrong with CYMI. It is a great company.
They are plain and simple a victim of too much Asian exposure, being in the semi-equip sector. A high percentage of CYMI's revenues are international. (something like in the upper 80% range).

I'm not exactly bullish on CYMI at these prices (due to the heavy Asian exposure), but they have been and will continue to be a hugely successfull company. I wouldn't short them here.

Candlestick: I'm not saying Cymer's plan is necessarily bad for shareholders, but I still believe poison pills are primarily to protect management's job security rather than investors.
