wouldn't the NDA have been cancelled too? Definitely not. The whole point of doing an NDA is to share information that must not become public even if the relationship sours. - nic

He also said that there were no interoperability problems now, and that Sequent had been interested in some of their previous high port count products. (I think that was how he worded it.) MKII was only in a planning stage when Sequent cancelled. The old contract was gone. KJ
