In the year 2000 monies spent on Y2K will probably exceed those of 1998!

Tava is expected to earn $0.16 in 1998. So, does this mean they'll earn $0.20 in 2000?

We should be looking for news that companies are altering their budgeting policies in response to Y2K. The slow learners have not budgeted enough, if any, for F99 and right now their fannies are over the fire. They see the iceberg, but can't turn the Titanic.

When a couple of large corporations " 'fess up" that they are trashing their in-place budgets, 'best case scenarios' will go south for a lot of companies, and much cash will be loosened from many corporate wallets.

Right now normal red tape is still in place, and large contracts will be slow in coming. This sends the message of low demand and/or poor supply channels to a market that won't be happy until it sees a flood of contracts.
