And who is responsible for the influx of foreign students from terrorist countries who are followers of their countries anti-semitic and anti-American foreign policies? Nixon was the one who started the foreign exchange program with China. Ultimately, it is the government, not the college administrators who set policy in regard to foreign exchange students. So, yes, the elites don't care where their students come from as long as they pay full tuition or get reimbursed from the Government. This is ultimately a government issue and a corollary to open door immigration policy.
