But there are huge chunks of foreign exchange students who come here to organize and incite hate filled anti-Semitic and anti-American demonstrations.
I could be wrong, but I reckon that the percentage of foreign exchange students that are here to incite riots is much smaller than the percentage of American students who want to incite riots.

Either way, the problem runs much deeper than foreigners. It goes right to the heart of woke ideology in academia. Tightening up immigration will do nothing to solve this problem.
