Hard for me to debate with an electrical engineer but this is what I've read and been told

As far as wind goes - the amount of energy and service it takes they are a net loser when it comes to the environment (that's what I've been told).

As far as out grid goes - it can't handle a complete shift to electric cars. <---- that came from WAY UP the ladder compared to you or me - Like top end GM management.

Start tossing in AI and we've got grid problems. I thought I read we operate at like 95% of capacity right now.
