Ancil, What's it mean when you say Mrs D. was bidding NPEC at .065? Is that saying she is wanting/willing to buy NPEC at that price? How does bidding below the ask work? Do the MM have to lower the ask to fill her order? Wouldn't that also lower the Bid? And since we're on this, can you explain the relationships between the Did and Ask sizes. For example, Bid size > Ask size = more folks wanting to buy or more folks wanting to sell? Just trying to get the lingo straight. Thanks...
