I just saw that same CNBC dude pan Iomega.

Isn't it funny how Wall Street seems to agree with me more often than not concerning Iomega? My guess for the future of Iomega is Zip fighting tooth and nail with Sony, the result being a 50% drop in Zip drive sales within 2 months of HiFi release, and a drop in IOM share price to $5 concurrently.

Vapor!, when it is released , will start slowly and only become a bit player in the portable market niche. When will Vapor! become Clique!? "Second half of 1998". This means that production expenses, marketing , ramp up costs, among other expenses will have to be accounted for this year. Vapor! will not be the raging sales success that Iomaniacs hope will add big $$$ to the bottom line this year. It will only add to the expense side of the accounting tables.

I just don't understand why everyone says Sony will crush the Zip. Maybe I just don't have a clue.
