Yes, I can do it. Going from average to good with a gun takes about a month with proper instruction, and practice. There are no ballistic variables at 130 yards. For a bullet that fast If he had any prior interest in shooting before yesterday, or he planned it. He would have have practiced until he felt confident in his ability.
