And trying to assassinate a President from a roof top is a leeeetle bit less stressful than shooting at a range

Go out to the range and try it

I do that all the time - it's really quite easy.

You do know that nearly every rifle is sighted in at 1-2" high at 100yds so they impact spot on at 200 yds. Most shooters/hunters are looking for a minimum 3" group for hunting season every year by millions of hunters. 1" groups are normal for anyone with just a little trigger time and a decent rifle.

I belong to two ranges, one for indoor pistol work and another for outdoor rifle and black powder.

Your comments are embarrassingly ignorant.
