So if I am 50 feet away watching a guy climb and shimmy on the roof. After I tell the cops and nothing is done, I go there and start to engage. Are the Secret Service going to shoot me for going after the assassin? Because the Secret Service snipers were watching the shooter, AND WAITED FOR HIM TO GET EIGHT SHOTS OFF, BEFORE deciding to shoot him. This really stinks.
